System requirements

To enjoy our service uninterrupted and as smoothly as possible please ensure that your system at minimum fulfills the following requirements. Note that these requirements are only applicable to our website.

• Operating system: Windows Vista (WindowsXP may play music for some users, but it is not recommended)
• Browser:
  - Internet Explorer 10 or higher ( Microsoft Support: Update Internet Explorer )
  - Firefox 55 or higher ( Mozilla Support: Update Firefox )
  - Google Chrome 55 or higher ( Google Support: Update Chrome )

Mac

• Operating System: OS X 10.5
• Browser:
  - Firefox 55 or higher ( Mozilla Support: Update Firefox )
  - Safari 10.1.2 or higher ( Apple Support: Update Safari )
  - Google Chrome 55 or higher ( Google Support: Update Chrome )

Linux

• Operating System: N/A
• Browser:
  - Firefox 55 or higher ( Mozilla Support: Update Firefox )
  - Chromium 10 or higher ( Chromium Support: Download Chromium )
  - Konqueror is currently not recommended because of rendering issues.

Mobile apps

• Android: 6.0 (Marshmallow)
• iOS: 8.0 (Okemo)

Other General Requirements

• JavaScript must be enabled.
• Disable all ad-blockers.
• Disable pop-up blockers to allow the music player to launch.
• Make sure cookies are enabled.

Our music player supports HTML5. Not sure if your browser supports HTML5 or not? This HTML5 Test will quickly let you know how well your browser can manage HTML5 code.
