Audio from ad playing over music
I'm listening to the Oldies 1965-72 on the app and every few minutes the ad for Words With Friends will appear and the audio will play over the music. It's very unsettling, could this be fixed? Thanks.

Thank you for letting us know about this! You're right, ads should never play sound as the same time as our music. They should only play in between songs. We appreciate knowing that a Words With Friends ad is doing this - our advertising team will investigate and do our best to block this ad as soon as possible.
Any more information you can give us, such as which type of device you're listening on (Android or iPhone), or a screenshot of the ad, would be helpful to us as well.

I'm using the AccuRadio app on a Android TV box, essentially an adroid tablet which uses the TV as a screen. It took a bit to figure out where the extra sound was coming from but it seems every time the extra sound occurs there's the same small ad visible in the ad bar near the bottom of the screen. If I click on that ad it takes me to the playstore page for Words With Friends. It's strange that there should be audio associated with those tiny ads but it's consistent and has happened dozens of times. It is, in fact, happening right now and the same small ad is visible.

Thank you, that is very helpful! We don't allow visual ads with autoplaying sound, but sometimes an advertiser will slip one through anyway. In these cases, we have to go find and block the particular ad ourselves. Knowing which device you're using and the company or website that the ad is coming from will help with this process on our end. Again, thanks for bringing this to our attention!
