Player stops and is replaced by Ad
I am listening on a Windows 10 computer, with the chrome browser. Over the last couple days, every hour or so my music will stop playing. I look at my browser and the player/channels/etc. are all gone and only an ad is shown. It always seems to be the same ad. If I refresh the page, I can select the channel again and everything is fine... for another hour or so. Is there anything I need to do on my end to fix this?
Hello Dave! Sorry this is happening. In general, when music stops playing and doesn't restart on its own, it's often a good idea to clear your browser's cache. This can be done by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Delete and choosing "Clear cache" from the list of options that appears.
However, it does sound like the specific ad you describe may be causing some sort of error. If that's the case, we will need to find and block that ad manually on our end.
