why do commericals play over the music???? part 2

Well, very  disappointed. I got a very nice letter from Crystal E. explaining that music should not be playing over the songs, which is happening where I am in Mexico. I was asked to supply the names of the ad, so, I did better, I sent in video clips showing the ads playing over the music. About two weeks later, everything seemed to be fine....  then the ads started playing over the music, again. I wrote to AccuRadio and again, they said this should not be happening and they were wondering what different ads were at fault. Well, it was not different ads, just the same  ones. It seems that AccuRadio talks a lot, says sorry but I guess they do not have the qualified staff to fix the problem, even when  they have video of the problem....no guessing is required. But they can not solve this, again. AccuRadio even had the nerve to ask me to spend more of my time, tracking down the same problem so they could trouble shoot it again.
