Getting kicked out of AccuRadio for "listening too long"??
I have AccuRadio playing during my entire work day - I love the variety of music channels offered and have almost 700 songs in my 5 star channel. Tonight, I got a pop up stating I cannot listen anymore today because I have used up my time...that AccuRadio needs to pay royalties on every song I'm listening to even if I skip a song...what's that all about?? I discovered AccuRadio probably about a year ago and have never had that message come up before. I used to listen to I-Heart Radio but dumped them for AccuRadio because they were so restrictive. Is AccuRadio now going to become the same way?

This was the message:
ErrorAccuRadio is required to pay a royalty fee for every song we play, even if it it’s skipped. Unfortunately we cannot sustain extreme listening sessions. We are unable to continue playing music to you until tomorrow. A good way to avoid this is to simply make sure you pause or close AccuRadio whenever you're not listening. Thank you for your understanding. -
When you log out - you get this message also -
LEAVING FOR THE DAY? TAKE US WITH!
In the car, at the gym, on the train, at home -- take AccuRadio whevever you go and always have access to your favorite channels. So then tell me - why would you be kicked off the channel if you advertise this? Strange to me! -
Hello,
I was excluded for listening too much music! LOL !!!
I have never seen anything so stupid in my life. I who thought that Accuradio was respectable, here I am very disappointed. So I will have to find another application. Too bad because it looked good.
Note that I agree to pay a premium subscription, but I do not even see the option. Are you sure they are very smart at Accuradio?
