AccuRadio does not sell personally identifiable listener information to third parties. However, we do share some kinds of cookies with third party advertisers, to help them display personalized ads that better match listeners' interests. AccuRadio is 100% free, but ad supported. Ads being shown on our page and played in our channels make it possible for us to pay music royalties and operating costs. There is no way to opt out of seeing or hearing ads on our service.

You can opt out of third-party cookie sharing by scrolling down to the bottom of our website and clicking "Do Not Sell My Data." This setting allows you to manage whether the ads you see are personalized or not.

You can view and manage this setting at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of our home page. For some users, this window may appear automatically the first time they visit our website.

Clicking the toggle for "I want to request that you 'Do Not Sell My Personal Information'" will opt you out of personalized ads.

Clicking "Data Deletion" or "Data Access" will redirect you to our Help Desk. Once there, you can submit a ticket letting us know if you want us to take further action with the account data that we have saved in our database. This includes information relevant to your listening history here, for example, the date your account was created and the list of channels you've saved as Favorites. These functions allow us to comply with digital privacy laws which apply to different regions, such as the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GRPR), or the US state of California's Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). However, anyone who uses AccuRadio is welcome to make these requests.

"Data Deletion" is a request for your account to be deleted, and for us to also erase all the individual account data associated with it. This corresponds to the "Right to be forgotten" described in the GDPR, a set of data privacy regulations applicable to listeners in the European Union.

"Data Access" is a request that we send you a copy of the individual account data described above.
