The most likely reason Favorites or History might not be visible is if you’ve logged in using a different method than you usually do. For example, if you most often log in using your email address, your saved information wouldn’t be visible if you logged in with Facebook.
If you’re using the same login method, it's unfortunately possible that some of your data may have been lost. Favorited channels and listening history are sometimes lost in this way.
However, song ratings cannot be deleted: ratings and Five Star Radio channels are not affected by this kind of data loss. Blends are usually not lost. However, if a Favorited channel has been lost, its ban list will also be cleared - this means you would need to re-ban any banned songs or artists in that channel.
In some cases, Favorited channels can be recovered. Please write to us if you have experienced this problem. Our tech team is currently investigating what may be causing it. We will look into your account and let you know if your data can be recovered!

I am able to save favorite songs but not stations. It would be nice if I could save the stations and songs
that's not it at all …. everything is being done correctly it just purges the files such that when I log back in I have to start all over … likewise I'm listening for just a short while ( 5 or 10 minutes ) and the music just stops …. and sometimes it logs me off on it's own …. now it's popping up on my screen after I've minimized it
Hi GL! Sorry to hear you're still encountering the problems you reported earlier this week. In my reply email to you, I recommended double-checking the privacy settings in your browser. This is because saving Favorite channels is something you can only do while logged into your account. So it's possible that if your browser is not allowing AccuRadio to store cookies, it might prevent you from staying logged in and stop Favorites from being saved. I looked up your account again, and the Favorites you did have are still there, so you haven't lost any since we wrote to each other on Wednesday.
Another possibility is if you logged in with Facebook. A listener's Facebook account and email account are separate in our system. So if you created a Facebook login, the Favorites and Five-Star Radio saved on your email address's account would not be there.
We are very keen on getting rid of the popups you reported. As I mentioned in my email, those are not allowed on our site. If they are coming from display ads on the page, we need to know which ads are causing the problem. That will make it possible for us to track them down and block them.
