How can I get in touch with AccuRadio?
- Use the "Submit a new request" link in the upper right corner of the page.
- Send an email to email@example.com.
- Comment on any article in our Knowledge Base for which comments are allowed.
Is my account still registered?
Registration on the Help Desk is separate from registration on AccuRadio.com. Even if you were registered on the old help site, you will need to create a new password to log in here.
Wait! I still have a conversation on the old help desk that wasn't resolved!
We'll be keeping the old help site live temporarily. You can still access your own posts there, and we'll follow up with you to make sure your questions are answered.
