Sometimes songs will skip forward when a user has NOT pressed the skip button. This is an error, which can happen for several reasons.
We've found the majority of people who are experiencing this problem are using an ad blocker, and that deactivating the ad blocker solves the problem. So please add our site to your ad blocker's list of sites allowed to deliver ads (if you're using one).
If you're NOT using an ad blocker, or deactivating it doesn't solve the issue, please contact us, giving us as much detail as possible as to how you listen (platform, browser, operating system, etc.).
Windows users have found that when visiting AccuRadio with the Opera browser, they only hear station identification announcements ("Welcome to AccuRadio!" etc.) and no music. The best troubleshooting for this is to use a different browser. However, if this problem happens with any OS / browser combination other than Windows / Opera, please write to us. We can help investigate what's causing the problem, and recommend appropriate troubleshooting.
If your AccuRadio channels are skipping forward very rapidly - switching from one song to the next, without any song even beginning to play - this is a different problem. Please let us know that you're experiencing fast skipping, and send us a bug report to help us investigate this problem.
