Many common technical problems are caused by your computer having some temporary difficulty connecting to AccuRadio's servers. The following basic troubleshooting steps are often effective.
1. Do a "hard refresh" of your browser
Most often closing and re-launching the browser window or app should fix the problem. You can do this without closing the browser window on a desktop or laptop by pressing Shift+Refresh. In Windows, you can also press Ctrl+Shift+R. On a Mac you can press Cmd+Shift+R. (This keyboard shortcut doesn't work in Safari.)
2. Clear your cache
For a longer-term solution, you may want to clear your browser's cache every so often. To do this in Windows, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete, and select which items you'd like to clear from the menu that appears. On a Mac, press Cmd + Shift + Delete.
You can find more detailed instructions for how to clear the cache in your specific web browser by searching the web. Here's a good one we found:
How do I clear my web browser's cache, cookies, and history?
3. Troubleshooting a mobile app
If a mobile app is malfunctioning, the best first step is usually to uninstall the app and then reinstall it from iTunes or the Google Play Store.
However, in some situations clearing a mobile app's cache can also be helpful. These resources have screenshots and helpful instructions for clearing your cache on a mobile device.

I use Accuradio a lot. It is crashing Edge every couple of hours now. It requires me to close Edge and restart it. My girlfriend has fired you. She won't listen any more because of the repeated crashes you are causing. Your platform is highly unstable. I strongly suspect it is due to the crappy adverts. It is completely unusable on Mozilla. Sometimes I used to get a snooty error message that, "Accuradio requires Flash", when I knew good and well only its adverts did. HELP!
Jonathan, use Chrome, works fine. Yeah, Firefox suks, I have press pause/play for every song. Oh well, I run Chrome to play music and Firefox for general browsing because it does that perfectly for me.
